Does the lamp come in the correct size? And what should I do if the size I received doesn't match what I need?

You could check dimensions in product photos before ordering. Standard supports 7.5" or 11.3"; the three‑pole version is 15". If it doesn't fit, no worries – 30‑day return/exchange anytime.

Exposed charging port, will water, steam, or moisture damage it or cause safety issues like short circuits or corrosion?

It's waterproof USB-C port – sealed against splashes, steam, and shorts. Corrosion-resistant contacts for durability. Same tech as waterproof phones. No rubber plug to lose – our seal is built into the port. Just don't submerge it while using.

What should I do if I find the lamp is too bright or too dim after receiving it?

The lamps undergo brightness display testing before leaving the factory, so variations in brightness are normal. Simply press and hold the top button to smoothly adjust the brightness, ensuring the best user experience.

Why does it only last a short time when I use it for the first time?

Each lamp undergoes factory testing before shipment, so the battery may not arrive fully charged. For the best runtime, we recommend giving it a full charge before first use.
